What Game To Buy This End Of Month Pay Day
Mar 30th, 2015 By Dean HowardIt's the end of the month and you know what that means . . . PAY DAY! Now you've paid your college loans, gas, utility and rent for the month before allocating what's left to the few simple pleasures life has to offer from going to your local pubs, clubs, bars, strip joints, shooting range and whatever else takes your fancy.
If you are a gamer like myself then part of that allocation will no doubt go towards one or even both of the two biggest games to launch this month.
Bloodborne and Battlefield Hardline launched very close to each other this March. Both games have a retail recommended price of $59.99 and together could easily run you about about $119.98. In todays economy, $120 is a fair bit of money to spend at once on two games so here's why I think Bloodborne should be first on your must buy list this payday.
1: More Bang for Your Buck
Time it right and your handgun will make-em bleed. |
2. Hard As Nails
One of your many worst nightmares. |
Bloodborne is bloody hard and guaranteed to make your blood boil like a kettle but I think that's a damn good thing! Most gamers nowadays cry and whimper over nothing. Developers are scared to make real challenging games because they don't want to lose casual gamers. They walk you through every step of the way, wipe your nose, pat your back and give you auto aim to grease your way to victory. Bloodborne doesn't do that, you won't beat this game mashing a bunch of random buttons. From software have created a very addictive but challenging title that will grab you by your boot straps and dare you to press on soldier! Unless you're a wittle cry baby. (Elmer Fudd voice.)
3.) It's Exclusive

4.) Over 40 Hours of Gameplay
Bloodborne is literally no walk in the park and I don't just mean that from a difficult sense of the word. This is a huge game and it will take you some time to complete unless you've nothing better to do the entire weekend. There is so much to see, learn, find out and explore in this game that the length alone more than makes up for the price tag.
Overall
Bloodborne is a great game and though I reserve my opinion for another post on Battlefield Hardline, I do believe it is the better investment of the two for cash strapped gamers this end of month payday.
