Dying Light puts you up against a horde of ghouls and the undead in this brand new action-horror parkour style game developed by Techland the same team that brought you Dead Island. In Dylight you play one of the few remaining survivors left after the apocalypse and you must do all can to avoid being infected by the hordes of Zombies out for blood. The game is played in First-Person view and boasts an all new combat system and great free to roam play in the massive, yet complex environments.
We first got a glimpse of Dylight light at PS4's launch event in new York earlier this week. Developers Techland were demonstrating various ways to manoeuvre the environment parkour style as well as its combat system.

Dying light is set in the devasted city of Harran, a fictional ancient historical location similar to that of  Instanbul, turkey.

From first look we can see that Harran has an earie yet beautiful look and feel to the city as if there was once great peace in the land before the Zombie apocalypse. We see buildings, barely hanging on structures, and roads covered with bodies, along abandoned cars. Gamers can explore the vast terrain of Harran all from first person mode. You will be able to run, jump, duck and weave across building and avoid falling debris to find survivors, gather supplies and complete missions.

Dying light is coming to PS4 in 2014 and features four player co-op play, voice control to shout and distract enemies and motion sensors incorporation to pull of cool manoeuvres like checking the time on your watch by simply tilting the DualShock4 controller.

We can not wait to discover more from Techland, and from these images, we think Dying light is going to be an awesome new approach to the action, horror gaming genre.
