SingStar Coming To PS4 With Free Companion App

It's Time To SingStar On PlayStation 4

SingStar Game Director Chris Bruce has announced that SingStar will be making its way to PlayStation 4 this year. SingStar has been in circulation over ten years and since its debut has sold an incredible 26 million copies worldwide. In an effort to improve SingStar, the company has been working on improving the experience like releasing the SingStore back in 2007 which gives you instant access to the best online songs.

SingStar is pleased to announce that not only is the game coming to the PS4, there will also be a free SingStar app launching along with the title that will transform your smartphone device into a microphone. The app works with both the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 versions of SingStar and is compatible with tablets and smartphones. The SingStar app will also let you create your own personal music playlists.

In addition to this, Chris informs us that they are working hard to optimize SingStar's social experience making it easier to share your greatest moments on your social networks like Twitter and Facebook straight from the game. With an improved score tracking system you can also develop your XP and get bonus rewards for game activity, or challenge your buddies online,  entertaining them with your favorite rendition of songs. You will also be able to download a lot more tracks from the SingStore, from the latest Rock classics, RnB, Pop hits and Hip Hop.
