War Thunder To Feature Ground Forces Pack

War Thunder is flying to PlayStation 4 this coming 3rd of June according to Alexander Trifonov Head of PR at Gaijin Entertainment. War Thunder on the PS4 is expected to be bigger and better than ever before, with Gaijin taking full advantage of the consoles horse power to create a cross-platform, free-to-play, massive multiplayer experience from the historical air combat game. (Trying saying that really fast.)

There have been major updates to the PC version of War Thunder since November 2013, including the release of the Ground Forces expansion pack. This new update now allows players to control ground armoured vehicles like tanks and anti-air guns which are battling air planes in some of War Thunder's gaming modes. This latest addition further adds to the simulation of War, creating a more realistic view where different army divisions support one another on the battlefield.

As for what to expect on the PlayStation 4 version, Gaijin will be launching the latest version of the game from the 1.41 update including the Ground Forces expansion pack this 3rd of June. Players can look forward to flying 350 different planes, squad battles, 150 different multiplayer missions and an epic single-player campaign mode.
