Bungie's latest public event the Queen's Wrath is finally live and the new public event features new bounties with plenty of legendary and exotic gear to collect. This latest event will also tie in with Bungie's upcoming expansion pack (House Of Wolves). We will have more on that in an upcoming post but for now, many of you maybe wondering what exactly is the Queen's Wrath.

The Queen's Wrath is basically a limited event in Destiny's ever expanding Universe and features a load of new bounties and rewards to those who take on Her Majesty's quest.

This event which started on the 23rd of September will be available for a limited time only until 6th of October.  As mentioned earlier there are loads of new bounties to pick up from Xander 99-40 located within the Tower. These bounties will be in addition to the standard Crucible and Vanguard bounties available from the list.

Here is a list of the Queen's Wrath bounties available to play so far from Xander 99-40.

• Last Days of Winter (+100 QF +5000xp): Defeat Draksis in the Scourge of Winter on Venus

• Archon Slayer (+100 QF +5000xp): Defeat Riksis in the mission Restoration on Earth

• Relic Harvest - Fallen (+50 QF +2500xp): Collect 200 Ether drops from Fallen (any planet)

• Extermination Protocol (+100 QF +5000xp): Defeat 200 Fallen with headshots

• Her Willful Gaze (+100 Queen's Favor +5000xp): Defeat 20 Guardians with Scout Rifle headshots

• By Thy Hand (+50 QF +2500xp): Defeat 20 Guardians with Hand Cannon headshots

By completing these bounties, guardians will be granted the Queens Favor, which basically is a new faction in the game. Instead of building reputation levels from wearing an item from a faction, you will gain access to exclusive bounties for special awards instead.

Once you have acquired the Queens favor. You will then be able to access special emblems, shaders, weapons and items unique to your Guardians class. Bungie are yet to reveal if the Queens Favor will also unlock any new armor, so make sure to bookmark this page for more updates on this vey soon

All the items listed in the image above  can be acquired from the Queens Emissary, a new vendor located in a previously locked area within the Tower by Xander 99-40

Once you have finished a Queens bounty, you will then get a Kill Order, which basically opens up a new game mode, accessible via the solar system map above the daily refreshed Crucible tasks.

This mode will have you replaying the original story missions again but at a level 24 difficult mode. Once completed you will be granted a new Legendary gear for completing the task allowing you to acquire one new piece of Legendary gear for each new bounty you complete for the Queen.
