The Old Warrior Is Said To Posses Unimaginable Power and Skill

Sony Computer Entertainment Japan in partnership with From Software has shared some very exciting news with us today regarding Bloodborne the exclusive hack-n-slash for PS4. In todays update we get a glimpse at some of the new weapons, environments and enemies of Bloodborne. Back at Tokyo Game Show, SCEJ/From Software revealed in-game scenes from the forbidden forest and at Gamescom teased us with more tantalizing visuals from Hemwick graveyard situated on the outskirts of Yharnam. At the event we got a first hand look at some of the foul creatures like the twisted gravekeeper hags with their spine tingling screams and long range attacks.
Today a new warrior has emerged by the name of Gyula. This old veteran is rumored to posses immense power. Though he has not been seen in many years since traveling deep into the forgotten regions of Yharnam, Masaaki Yamagiwa Producer at Sony Computer Entertainment Japan promises player may come across Gyula on their journey to the old part of the city.
Another region Masaki advices gamers to visit on their quest to find the truth is the Cainhurst castle. This long abandoned frozen castle was once the place of nobility, until the royal family vanished never to be seen again. This castle can be seen from far, but getting there will not be easy. If you are up to the task, you will journey to discover the secrets buried in this frozen place and uncover the truth behind the disappearance of the family that once lived there.
Bloodborne will feature an array of both old and modern weapons. These range from twin blades, steel swords, and axes. To a transforming cane with the ability to change from short range melee to a devastating long range bladed whip. Equipping these weapons will change the unique gameplay style of bloodborne, with players being able to gain back vital health bonuses for successfully pulling off combo attacks during the games more intense battle scenes.
