Take-Two Deny Any Wrongdoing, Lohan's claims are Meritless
November 30, 2014 By Dean HowardIn what is probably one of the most bizarre cases in video game history, Take-Two Interactive publisher of GTAV has filed a counter motion to terminate Lindsay Lohan's latest public lawsuit against RockStar and Grand Theft Auto V.
Take-Two Interactive are not backing down to Lohan's demands after the actress first filed a lawsuit in early July 2014. In a counter motion to have the case thrown out, Take Two claims Lohan's case is nothing more than a publicity stunt and lacks any legal merits.
Lindsay Lohan had filed legal claims against the makers of Grand Theft Auto V after she saw a character in the game she believed was created of her image, personality and even clothing style. The lawsuit points to a particular scene as reference where a woman by the name of Lacey Jonas is caught having outdoor sexual relations while Franklin films it on camera.
Our Thoughts . . .
The real GTAV model Shelby Welinder below looks nothing like Lindsay Lohan and other companies who use slim beautiful blonde models should watch out if by some twisted fate Lohan actually wins this ridiculous claim. We find this whole issue quite bizarre on Lohan's part and glad to see Take-Two are fighting back.
What do you guys think, do you see the resemblance or is this yet another cry for attention by the once famous Hollywood starlet?
