A force of pure Evil dormant for centuries deep with the Moons surface has begun to awaken from its terrible slumber. The Dark legacy that once claimed the lives of millions has returned to claim what little survivors are left on Earth's last standing city. As Crota the Hive legend prepares to unleash the full force of Hellmouth upon Earth, Guardians must yet again take up arms to repel this evil back to whence it came.

Destiny's first ever expansion pack The Dark Below is coming this December 9th and there's no better way to stay warm this holiday season than to go head to head with one the most formidable enemies yet to appear in Bungie's intergalactic Universe.

For those fighting the good fight to defend Earth's last City since Destiny's launch, The Dark Below expands on this with an array of new maps, weapons, armor and a brand new story mode.

As an added bonus PlayStation gamers can also looking forward to some sweet exclusive content. These include another exclusive Strike mission on Mars where you can explore the dangerous grounds of The Black Garden to challenge an ageless Vex machine beast.

PlayStation gamers can look forward to an all new exotic weapon coming to the Dark Below, known as The 4th Horseman Shotgun. This incredibly powerful four barrels, five shots brute of a weapon will eat your enemies for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It has an unparalleled rate of fire, capable of stopping swarms of vex legions with one blast.
