New Shadow Of The Beast Wasteland Images Is Violent and Stunning

This Stirs Up Feelings of Nostalgia

Heavy Spectrum's upcoming launch of Shadow Of The Beast is gaining a lot of interest on gaming forums. Those who remember the original from way back are expressing their feelings of joy seeing this on the new gen hardware. Though they have a while left to go the developers at Heavy Spectrum have taken some time to share some brand new images from the upcoming game.

"The entire team are working hard to recreate that same level of excitement," says lead director Matt Birch. The images above and below you are part of the wasteland environment from Karamoon's desert which is intentionally designed to create a sort of beautiful but brutal looking atmosphere.

Players will take on the role of Aarbron, a living breathing weapon of destruction created by the evil Maletoth. Fans of the original classic can expect a powerful combat driven experience with plenty of weird and wonderful creatures that will push your skills to the limit.
