Customer Gets Free Playstation 4 from UK Retailer Shopto After Confusion on Twitter

Shopto a UK retail store, winner of the MCV Specialist award in 2012 has been working on their PR damage control recently. The situation began after a Shopto customer had asked the UK retailer on twitter if they intended to compete with Amazon's PS4 Mega Bundle deal.

Here is how it all began . . .

After this customer published his story on NeoGAF, the story went viral leading Shopto to quickly release a statement on twitter, before releasing a full apology to the customer for the confusion on twitter and offering a Free PS4 for the inconvenience.
