Rockstar Reveal The Future of GTA Series - Including GTA 6

Rockstar has had their hands full these last few weeks, from the incredible 1 billion recorded sales of GTA 5 in just 3 days, to the recent GTA Online issues they have been working hard to resolve. Despite the recent hurdles, Rockstar are already talking about GTA 6 and  future  Grand Theft Auto releases beyond that.

In an interview with Develop Magazine, Leslie Benzies Rockstar North President revealed the studio has over "45 years of ideas in their think tank engine," for the blockbuster gaming series.  

These ideas are in relation to GTA 5, GTA Online content, and where the studio intend to go with GTA VI and beyond.

“We have over 45 years worth of ideas tucked up our belt,” said Benzies. “We don’t know which direction GTA VI will take, but we’ve got some great plans moving forward. GTA Online is our main focus right now. We haven't had much time to rest between wrapping up GTA 5 and moving onto GTA 5's online content."

Rockstar brings out a new GTA game every 5 years, and with 45 years worth of ideas under their belt. We can expect to see another 9 more GTA games from now until then.
