Battlefield 4 Second Assault, Coming To PlayStation 18 February

Battlefield 4 Second Assault and Naval Strike On Its Way

DICE has revealed some back in time maps coming to Battlefield 4 on 18th February. According to Vincent Vukovic Community Manager at DICE, Battlefield 4 Second Assault will feature 4 fan-favourite maps from previous Battlefield 3. The Gulf of Oman, Operation Firestorm, the Caspian Border and Operation Metro. These old school maps have been reimagined with Frosbite 3 visuals. The maps will be available to Premium members on Playstation 4 and Playstation 3 and for every other Battlefield 4 owner two weeks after that on March 4th.

Following on from Battlefield 4 Second Assault will be the release of the 3rd expansion pack, Battlefield 4 Naval Strike is set for launch near the end of March for Battlefield 4 premium members. This new expansion pack will give Playstation owners an intense water-based combat experience as the Chinese battle you at sea. Players will be able to access new weapons, gadgets and amphibious motor vehicles, including 4 completely new maps: Operation Mortar, Lost Island, Wave Breaker, Nansha Strike.

Vincent Vukovic also tells us that for everyday players are logged into the game, they will get a free Battlepack as part of Battlefield 4 player appreciation month.
