Fans of the MLB series will immediately notice some pretty major and minor visual improvements in MLB 14 The Show on PS4, from the four times resolution of the entire stadium to the incredible detail of the stitching and fabric of the players gloves. All these enhancements come together to create a next generation of baseball gaming experience on like ever before.

The Playstation 4 version of MLB 14 The Show has a ton of enhancements over the Playstation 3 version. Players look more realistic, with uniforms and helmets that reflect the light of the stadium and wrinkle as they move around the ball park. The Playstation 4 version of MLB 14 The Show also boast over 1,000 individual models to make the crowd, each compiled from models of various shapes and sizes as well as clothing and accessories. This is a huge leap compared to the PS3 version which only uses 40 models. The list of enhancements goes on from individual blades of grass, to players  facial stubble growing on their cheeks. It's these nice little touches that make MLB 14 The Show on PS4 such an exciting experience, further pushing the boundaries away from fiction to what we see being broadcasted live on TV.

MLB 14 The Show isn't just about visuals as San Diego Studios has also been listening to fans wants and needs from previous games in the series, adding new features like quick counts so a game can be simulated, reducing the amount of total pitches while retaining the final outcome. This feature is great because it allows players to get in and out of matches  faster, while still enjoying everything MLB14 The Show has to offer.

Popular favorites in the series like Road to the Show has seen major improvements. There is now Cross save support allowing for all 3 platforms to host your game from PS4 to PS3 or while on the go with the PS Vita.  On top of all these awesome features MLB14 now includes year-to-year saves enabling players to carry their progress unto future titles in the baseball series.

MLB 14 The Show has a brand new lock feature that lets you lock the camera and the action to any individual player within the game. This new features increases the level of diversity and strategy at your disposal, from catcher to the outfielders.
