Killazombies: The Sporting Event Of the Future

Beatshapers newest third person action packed shooter Killazombies coming to PlayStation 4 looks like a lot of fun. Imagine a future where you switch on the television to watch sports and instead of seeing baseball, football, basketball or even racing. You are invited to watch unlucky civilians fighting for their lives in an arena full of flesh eating Zombies. If that wasn't bad enough viewers watching at home can also cast their votes, un-caging even more deadies to join the party.
Fortunately all is not lost as the arena is designed to help players turn the tide of battle in their favor. The environment is made up of Hexagon tiles capable of spawning new obstacles, like vehicles, guns, blades and other survival items like traps or blockades to keep Zombies at bay for a short duration.
Killazombies social interactive element will allow viewers watching the stream on TwitchTV to vote every 80 seconds on two various encounters the surviving player must face. These can range from events in the arena like switching camera angles, the amount of Zombies that appear on screen which can be up to a 1000 and timed bonuses.
Our thoughts . . .
Killazombies reminds us of the hugely popular Dead Nation with its fast paced action survival concept, but what we really like is Beatshapers development of social interaction from viewers watching at home. We think the idea of streamers voting to either assist the player or challenge them is brilliant and will certainly make the experience that much more fun and engaging for all involved.
