Dressed to Kill: We Take a Closer Look At Destiny’s Weapons and Armor

We shared a detailed hands on experience with Destiny last week, Bungie's ambitious social integrated shooter. Today we take a much closer look at some of the weapons, armor and treasure players can expect to find when the game comes out later this year. Lars Bakken and David Dague from Bungie takes us through a detailed experience of what to expect in a new trailer video from the game.

Destiny has a ton of weapons, each with their own unique abilities with the chance to customize and upgrade them for  more fire power. From flame shooting shotguns to head explosive fusion rifles, right next to standard traditional rifles and pistols.

Gamers will also have a ton of sub categories to choose from within each weapon selection like the auto-rifle sub-category that features  single-shot carbines, burst-fire pulse rifles and a wide selection of fully-automatic assault rifles able to deal a high amount of damage at close range. As if this variety of guns wasn't enough, Bungie's  designers are painstakingly fine tuning the look, feel, sound and effects of each weapon to create an ultra realistic fire-power experience for players.
