Rockstar's first PS4 Game To Arrive Before April 2015

Rockstar's Next-Gen Title Coming Next Year

Rockstar Games are hard at work on a next-gen first Playstation 4 and Xbox One title set to launch before April 2015, said Strauss Zelnick CEO of Take-Two Interactive.

The announcement was made during the companies investor call today, with Strauss mentioning how hard Rockstar Games are working on their upcoming next-gen title. Take-Two is the head company of Rockstar Games, and its 2015 fiscal year runs from 1st of April, 2014, through to March 31, 2015.

Rockstars most recent project was the globally successful Grand Theft Auto V, which launched last year September on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Since the launch Rockstar has sold over 33 million copies of GTAV World-wide.

Strauss did not divulge further details on Rockstars upcoming development, but many are speculating it could be a PS4 and Xbox One port of Grand Theft Auto 5 Remastered. Take-Two also revealed GTA V's overall performance including the digital revenue of GTA 5 Online, which helped to bring the games net revenue over 2.35 billion dollars for the 2014 fiscal year.
