Dark Souls II PS4 Edition To Feature New Content, Improved Visuals

Namco Bandai have announced they will be releasing Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin on April 7th, 2015 on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3. Dark Souls II will feature new improved visuals taking advantage of the PS4's hardware to provide cutting edge next generation technology.

According to Nick O'Leary Public Relations Specialist for Namco Bandai Games, fans and newcomers to the series can expect a rebalanced gameplay, increased graphics, a higher number of players online, ruthless enemies, new discoverable NPC's, new explorable environments and a ton of brand new in-game contents and upgrades.

This special edition of Scholar of the First Sin will also include downloadable content of Crown of the Sunken King, Crown of the Old Iron King, and Crown of the Ivory King added to this ultimate Dark Souls II pack.

Namco Bandai will also be attending PlayStation Experience on December 6th and 7th, where a PS3 edition of Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin will be available to play at the Las Vegas event.
