Tripwire Interactive has announced their latest title Killing floor 2 is coming to PlayStation 4.
Formed 10 years ago, Tripwire Interactive first launched the first Killing Floor on PC in 2009. Since then the Killing Floor has gone on to sell over 3 million units with an additional 10 million units of additional downloadable content worldwide.

Killing Floor is a first person survival horror that puts you right in the action of a global pandemic. The outbreak began 5 years ago and has since left the UK in ruins, with the military unable to quarantine the outbreak, the virus has begun to spread to neighboring European countries. You are the last hope, can you stop them?

Tripwire Interactive the indie based studio had been adamant on releasing the original Killing Floor through a major publisher due to retaining creative rights of their successful title, but reconsidered this strategy after seeing Sony's support and commitment to indie games.

Utilizing the power of the PlayStation 4, Killing Floor 2 is shaping up to be a fun FPS packed full of deranged zombies, flame guns and head slicing swords. Take a look at the latest trailer and tell us what you think in the comments below.
