Is GTA 5 Coming To Playstation 4? New Evidence Discovered

Grand Theft Auto 5 is the hottest topic of discussion in the gaming industry right now. The game is only two days away from launch, and there are so many gameplay leaks online that you have to switch off your computer until the 17th of September  just to avoid seeing any more spoilers. Though the majority of consumers will be going out to purchase a copy of the game with their hard earned cash, there are a few who have already acquired copies of the game early via online piracy methods.

It's via these piracy methods, that new information regarding the future of GTA 5 has been discovered.

Found within the games disc’s files is this interesting information showing that Grand Theft Auto V maybe on its way to being ported on the upcoming PS4, or at least that was the plan at some point.

Rockstar or Sony are yet to confirm  if GTA 5 would get on Playstation 4, but this file does show there was at least intent towards that happening. We don't expect GTA V to be coming to the PS4 anytime soon, or if at all, maybe this file is one of the last traces showing there was a plan to release the game on the next gen console, but for some reason the plan never surfaced.

We will certainly discover more, in the next coming weeks and months leading to the PS4's release date on the 15 Nov, US. 29 Nov, Europe.
Meanwhile, US and UK gamers can get a copy of GTA V for PS3 and 360 this upcoming Tuesday, 17th of  September.
