Playstation 4 Remote Play won't be On Smartphones and Tablets.

At this years Tokyo Game Show 2013, Sony had announced their intentions of releasing a Playstation App, and spoke of bringing Gaikai cloud service to PC, and smartphones currently available in the market. This led to some playstation fans believing, Sony would bring The Remote Play feature to Tablets and Smartphones as well.
As super cool as that would be, President Shuhei Yoshida, Sony Computer Worldwide Studios Big Boss man, has confirmed that remote play will not be making its way to Smartphones and Tablets.
The confirmation came after a Playstation fan had tweeted to Mr Yoshida, asking if the remote play feature will be available on smartphones in the future. To which Mr Yoshida replied, "We have no plans of doing that."
Having a Remote Play functionality on smartphones and tablets would be amazing for the gaming industry in the future. The technology is certainly there to make it happen, but for now Sony just wants to keep it exclusive to Playstation.
