At  Eurogamer Expo, Creative Director Jonathan Morin from Watch_Dogs  spoke of a unique feature he believed would set the game apart from other open world titles.  Watch Dogs has a subtle gameplay component, " building this component in Watch_Dogs was a real pain in the **s," says Jonathan Morin.

Subtle gameplay is a feature that has never been seen before in Open world games. Players will be able to stop mid gameplay, stand still and just profile everybody. They can  listen to phone calls and spy on people for over 20 minutes. By doing this, gamers can unlock hidden missions from conversations they uncover as well as gain rewards in the process.

Jonathan explains that this component in the development of Watch Dogs helps to bring density to the open world platforms, where large gaming environments are usually nothing more than just space for players to get from points
A-B, so the aim was to create a lot of things to do within the world as you explore Chicago.

We think this feature will be a great addition to the Watch Dogs open world, and will be a welcome break from all the action players can expect to experience during gameplay missions.
