Is Frictional's new game on its way to PlayStation?

Playstation Europe tweeted, “Something strange is afoot."
The message on twitter is linked to SOMASystems.org, the exact same web page that the Official URL for Amnesia developer Frictional Games links to as well.
This tease by Sony leads us to believe Frictional's new title, could be making its way to the Playstation platform. We don't know if it will be an exclusive, or available on multi-platforms as yet.
What we do know is Sony have been working closely with a lot of indie studios recently like The Chinese Room and Tequila works to develop Playstation 4 exclusive games like, Rime and Everybody's gone to the rapture.
SOMASystems.org was updated today with a strange case file, for an artifact called, "Vivarium." Take a look at the teaser trailer below and tell us what you think.
