New Watch Dogs Story Trailer Receives Mix Reviews From Gamers

Ubisoft has finally revealed their new and improved Watch Dogs 2014 Story trailer along with news on the launch date set for May 27th. This has been Ubisoft's first announcement on Watch_Dogs since they went back to the drawing board to work on what many believed would be visual improvements. Despite Ubisoft's very confident press release, mentioning how hard the development team has been working non-stop to meet up to gamers high expectations. It would appear their hard work may still be inadequate if the new Watch_Dogs story trailer is anything to go by.

Based on user comments and feedbacks on forums and social media about the new Watch_Dogs 2014 Story trailer. We would say peoples biggest hang-ups is still on the games graphics, with many referring to Watch_Dogs 2012 E3 gameplay trailer as the best demonstration of the game thus far. So we decided to compare the new story trailer to that of E3 2012 and E3 2013 to see if there are any real major differences since then to now.

In our opinion there does appear to be some detail of lighting differences from the Watch_Dogs 2012 E3 trailer to what was recently revealed, but remember we are yet to see a gameplay demo to truly know how much of a difference there really is. What also we don't know is what console this new story trailer was demo'd on as that could also impact the quality of what is being shown.

Despite some of the negative reactions on the games graphics, we still think Watch_Dogs is going to be an awesome game based on other factors apart from just the games visuals. The story plot and level of details we have seen so far does give us hope of it being one of the best games coming to the Playstation 4 this year. I guess we will never know until we get a full review copy and give it a test drive to truly make an informed decision.
