Lindsay Lohan Goes After 'GTA5' With A Lawsuit

In breaking news first revealed by TMZ earlier today, it appears that Lindsay Lohan is planning on taking Rockstar Games to court. The off the rails star, once hailed as Hollywood's Princess is apparently upset claiming Rockstar had used her image in Grand Theft Auto V without her permission.
Sources have told TMZ that her lawyers are currently putting together a lawsuit, and they want some serious compensation from Rockstar Games for using Lindsay's image in Grand Theft Auto.

The particular image in question, is this image of a woman holding a mobile phone on the front cover of GTAV, but there have been debates regarding how close of a resemblance this character really is to Lindsay Lohan, while others have even said the image of the woman looks more like Kate Upton or Shelby Welinder.

Another section Lindsay's lawyers are filing for compensation is during a scene in the game where Lindsay Lohan's look-alike character, needs help escaping from the Paparazzi.

The next scene is the notorious section where gamers must try to photograph Lindsay Lohan's look-alike during an outdoor sex session. What is even more ironic about this particular segment of the game is that the hotel where you must photograph Lindsay Lohan's look-alike resembles the Chateau Marmont, a hotel located in West Hollywood where Lindsay not only frequently visited but once resided.




We really think it will take a miracle and some serious snake charming voodoo lawyer magic to get a judge and jury to convict Rockstar Games of any wrong doing, but we have seen open shut cases take interesting turns and twists in court, so who knows what will be the outcome.
