Couple from Denmark Create Mass Effect Reaper.
January 22nd, 2014, By Maya Mayfield
Daniel and Justina from Denmark are the brilliant inventors of this incredibly looking Reaper built out of foam, paint and additional bits and pieces. After four weeks of intense craftsmanship and hard work the danish couple (aka Roses and Boltshells) gave birth to this awesome looking Mass Effect Reaper. Fueled by their mutual love and passion for video games, movies and arts, Daniel and Justina have created some amazing props and costumes which they showcase on their online portfolio.
Daniel's day job as a welfare and education assistant usually requires him to showcase his arts and crafts skills, where as Justina's love for video games, sci-fi literature and cosplay costume designing makes for a perfect artistic love match made in heaven. The soon to be married pair met each other through their creative hobbies and formed Roses and Boltshells together.
RnB's inspiration to build a Mass Effect Reaper started after Justina a huge fan of the Bioware series persuaded Daniel to give the first game a go. After completing the trilogy, and falling in love with the series. Daniel said he went searching for merchandise, but only discovered over priced Reapers way too small to even threaten a colony of ants, so being the brilliant geniuses they are, decided to build their very own Reaper instead. The Images of the Reaper does look spectacular, and intimidating as it towers high above the crumbling buildings ready to blast all that stands in its path.
We just want to encourage Daniel and Justina to keep up the great work at Roses and Boltshells and wish them nothing but success and Happiness for the future. You can read the couples entire Q&A on BioWare's Blog and subscribe to their Facebook page to keep up to date on all their latest inventions.
