Is This A New Prince Of Persia Game?

We have just discovered a leaked screenshot thanks to our friends at NeoGaf of what appears to be a new Prince of Persia game by Ubisoft. The image was first leaked unto Prince of Persia Fans website, one of the largest Spanish Prince of Persia forums.
There is little to no info included with the image, only that it will be a continuation of the Sand of Time Universe. According to the post the new team building the game wants to make an entirely new series of Prince of Persia, but are being forced by upper Ubisoft management to keep it within the Sands of Time Universe.
