The power of social media really does work when we come together to make ourselves heard.
That is what a bunch of gamers did, putting together this clever collage of words asking Sony to please save Sega's Classic Shenmue.

Now why would they ask such a request you may be wandering, isn't Shenmue dead and buried amongst the pile of old rubbles of nostalgic games in the past? Well it all started when Sony started compiling a list of old games based on tweets and requests by fans of those long gone, forgotten titles.  Games on the list included classics like Fantasy O, Yakuza, Shenmue and many others. We even wrote an article about it, a little while back as Shenmue seems to be one of the titles most requested thus far.

Today Shenmue fans can rejoice if slightly in the knowledge that their campaign to #SaveShenmue has been heard by none other than Sony's Big Boss Man Shuhei Yoshida the WorldWide president, who could potentially give the much needed green light to revitalize the Shenmue series back to the 21st Century.

Do you think we are going to see Shenmue on the PS4? What other old classics would you like to see back on the playstation 4? Let us know with comments below.
