PlayStation Now (PS Now) Rental Durations Leaked
April 22nd, 2014 By Maya MayfieldWe have just got report from newly leaked images from Playstation Now Beta revealing the duration of game rentals, but Sony are yet to reveal the price for the service. The images you see above first reported by IGN indicates PlayStation online game rentals will be available from One, Seven and even Thirty days. It was previously announced that renting PS3 games via Playstation Now (PS Now) service could cost up-to $5 dollars but we are yet to discover what rental period that price option will apply to.
Sony intends to offer a netflix style subscription package to the PlayStation Now service with plans to launch this summer, full details on pricing options should be available soon. Those interested in testing the service during its beta can still sign up on the PlayStation Now website.
With Summer only round the corner we know many of you still have a lot of unanswered questions about the PlayStation Now service, particularly which games will be available to rent on launch day. Although we are yet to get a full list from Sony, we have however obtained a new list of over 20 games so far below for you to view.
PlayStation Now (PS Now) Service will operate on Gaikai's cloud-game streaming technology and will be available world-wide first on Playstation 4 and Playstation 3, before Sony expands the service to other Sony devices like the PS Vita, Sony Bravia TV, and other Sony and non- Sony devices with an internet connection.
