What PS Plus Members Can Expect From DRIVECLUB PlayStation Plus Edition
May 7, 2014 By Maya MayfieldEvolution Studios announced the long awaited release date for DRIVECLUB on PS4 last week and since then our readers have wanted to know what Evolution Studios were doing regarding their initial offer to PS Plus members. Today we are glad to inform you that Jamie Brayshaw Community Development Manager at Evolution Studios has shared some much needed updates with us regarding DRIVECLUB'S PlayStation Plus Edition.
In the first of three updates coming from Evoluton Studios this week, we take a closer look at what Playstation Plus Edition members can expect when the game launches this Oct. 7 compared to the actual content included in the Blu-ray version.
To begin with DRIVECLUB PlayStation Plus Edition will come with one track location in India, eleven tracks, ten cars and access to all game modes. Jeff explains the reason why Evolution Studios has offered this particular section to PlayStation Plus subscribers for free is to make it quick and easy for gamers all over the world to join the DRIVECLUB community. By allowing gamers to take part in all the game modes, compete in challenges and race online against other opponents in the DRIVECLUB community they believe this will be a great way for those unfamiliar with the genre to get more used to the socially connected racer.
DRIVECLUB will be launching digitally via the PlayStation store and on Blu-ray on Oct. 7 at local retailers. For active PlayStation Plus members who have been enjoying DRIVECLUB PS Plus Edition, but decide they want to upgrade to the complete DRIVECLUB experience, you can buy a one time-upgrade for $49.99. This will give you full access to all five locations, fifty-five tracks, 50 cars and all fifty tour events as long as your PlayStation plus membership stays active.

Let us know your thoughts and any other questions you think has not been covered in todays update and we will be sure to pass it along to Jeff and the team at Evolution.
