Naughty Dog has announced photo mode a brand new addition coming to PS4's version of the worldwide successful game. The Last Of Us Remastered Photo mode will allow players to capture the gorgeous post apocalyptic in-game environments in order to share with friends.

Players can access this feature through the pause screen, activating it by pressing L3 to freeze any in-game action as long as it isn't a cinematic cut sequence.

Players will be able to adjust the field of view in order to capture the best shots from The Last Of Us Remastered on PS4. There is even up to 10 various color filters like film grain, vignette to black and white. Naughty Dog promises this feature will be available on patch 1.01 by July 29th when The Last Of Us Remastered launches Worldwide.

Our Thoughts . . .

We understand how challenging it must be for developers to breath new life and rally up interest to previously released titles, especially one as huge and as successful as The Last Of Us. Although we don't doubt the game will do very well come July 29th, we do however wander if this photo mode addition is enough to sway those who have previously bought the game before, especially when PS4 already has a screen capture and SHARE mode built right in. We think as more and more people share their special moments via images and videos on social networks like Pinterest and Instagram, this cool additional feature is a nice touch to what is already an amazing game.

What do you think of this new Photo Mode addition? Leave us your thoughts below.
