Indie programmer Noel Berry has revealed his upcoming PS4 title Skytorn. Based out of Vancouver Canada, Noel has been working on Skytorn alongside developers of Towerfall Ascension and Night in the Woods at IndieHouse.

Skytorn is set in a post apocalyptic future and features procedurally generated exploration. Noel explains you will discover brand new islands in the sky each time you play.

Skytorn will throw you into a world full of chaos and decay in the sky where those who still survive hold on to old remnants of technology left by those long faded away. You must search for hidden secrets to piece together all that has been forgotten by searching dark dungeons now inhabited by dangerous monsters.

You take on the role of a traveller who must use her reliable shovel to dig through various terrain in search of ancient artifacts while battling hostile creatures. As you advance through Skytorn you will begin to find new enhancements for your shovel that will give you new powers like electricity to shock your enemies.
