Major Retailers All Set Same Launch Date

A member on NEOGAF may have discovered the possible release date for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain and it could be out sooner than you think.  Several retailers including Ratuken and Microsoft Store have listed the title launch date on February 24th, 2015 in the U.S.

This recent leak does also tie in with rumors of Kojima Studio's making a special Christmas Day announcement based of tweets by the Metal Gear Solid creator Hideo Kojima.

The new Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is based 9 years after the events that took place during Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes.

Fans of the series will be happy to know unlike Ground Zeroes, The Phantom pain will be a much bigger game set across an open play environment packed with tons of new features like,  co-op play, day-night cycle, randomized real-time weather system and much more.

Metal Gear Online 3 will also be available with The Phantom Pain as an added bonus, revealed at this years Game Awards show in Las Vegas.
