MLB 14 The Show is Coming to Playstation 4, Playstation 3, PS Vita Next Spring 2014

We may have just seen the end of the 2013 baseball season, but that doesn't mean we should put away our gloves and bat right?  Tyler Vaught Sports Product Marketing Manager at the award-winning MLB Series has just announced their new title MLB 14 The Show will be making its way to PS4, next year Spring 2014. The hugely successful franchise will also be coming to PS3, and PS Vita making Playstation your home for baseball. 

The team behind MLB 14 has put in a lot of hard work into the look, feel and gameplay on the next-gen title. This year they wanted to do something different. Instead of having the fans decide who will grace the front cover of MLB 14, like they did last year with Superstar Andrew McCutchen in MLB13. They handed the decision process over to the ball players themselves to select a peer worthy of the coveted front page. 

This player was chosen by his fellow team mates as well as opponents who have faced him day in and day out. Every major player in the big leagues were giving the chance to nominate one player, and at this years player's choice awards on the MLB Network.

The honour of gracing the front cover of  MLB 14 The Show went to Detriot Tigers third baseman Miguel Cabrera the eight-time All-Star 2012 American Baseball league's most valuable player. 2012 American Baseball League Triple-Crown Award winner, two time Sporting News Player of 2012 and 2013 and the two-time Hank Aaron Award winner of 2012 and 2013. 

The development team behind MLB 14 promise that this is going to be the best looking, and playing baseball game in the titles successful series so far thanks to the power of the playstation 4, and we for one cannot wait to find out more next year Spring 2014.
