Like I said when we first wrote about this story here, 'when it rains, it pours' as EA have yet another law firm filing a class action lawsuit on behalf of its clients over loss of earning on Battlefield 4, in the amount greater than $200,000 dollars.

Brower Piven the 3rd Law firm in the EA, Battlefield 4 saga, is seeking certification on behalf of EA investors, and have filed a class action in US District Court (Northern California) on the same ground as two other Law firms also suing EA. The complaint claims that EA directors and officers violated the securities Exchange Act by failing to disclose information about Battlefield 4 having bugs, glitches and connectivity issues.

We will keep you posted on more about this unfolding story as it happens.
