Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare Developers Diary Revealed In New Trailer

Popcap have revealed that Plant vs. Zombies Garden Wafare will be coming to PlayStation 4  and PlayStation 3 on August 19th after the initial announcement back at E3 last year. Brian Lindley from Popcap has informed us that PlayStation fans will be able to experience the Garden Variety and Zomboss Down expansion content from launch day.

Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare is a wild fun third-person shooter developed using Frostbite 3 engine. Gamers will be able to team up with 4 other players in the wave-based Garden Ops gaming mode or go full out in the battleground mode with up-to twenty-four players  Team up with up to four players in the wave-based Garden Ops game mode or take to the battlefield in a crazy 24-player battlefield with plenty of tactical action.  As you progress through PvZ you will be able to unlock new skills, customizations, taunts and so much more.

Plant vs. Zombies Garden Warfare on PS4 will be playable at a native 1080p, 60 frames per second and accessible via the Remote Play feature on the PS Vita, allowing players to take the fun of PvZ Garden Warfare wherever they go.

For the more support-minded gamers, Brian has said the successful popular Boss Mode feature will also be playable as a companion experience on iOS, Android and Tablet devices via the PlayStation App. There will also be a split screen co-op function available on PlayStation 4.
