Pants So Fast You Might Think Your Assassin is Sonic The Hedgehog
Developers are always looking for new and innovative ways to entice gamers to pre-order a copy of their games before launch day. Some of them do this by offering exclusive items like weapons, new characters, exclusive missions and even early access to new upcoming games.
AC Unity's PR team however may not have been paying attention to what actually works when trying to entice gamers to pre-order early.
This hilariously funny "exclusive pants to increase your speed" billboard promo was first revealed on Reddit, but we discovered it from NowGamer's Ryan King's article, whose very sentiments about this billboard not only made us laugh but makes a lot of sense.
I am not sure if anyone would be impressed enough with speedy pants to want to pre-order AC Unity or any other game for that matter. But maybe, just maybe there might be more to these pants than Ubisoft are willing to reveal. Our theory is that it may help complete the game in lighting speed, which Ubisoft are saying is the biggest one in the series yet.
