Back in May 13, 1997 we saw the world debut of Shadow Warrior the successful alternative to the world famous Duke Nukem 3D. While creating Shadow Warrior - developers Flying Wild Hog wanted to make sure they retained that quirky look and feel of the classic game.

Lead designer Artur Maksara said the team wanted Shadow Warrior to be a fast-paced witty adventure thats even more gruesome than the original, while still retaining all the nostalgic values of the first one Shadow Warrior will feature loads of fun and humor, combined with complex level designs and tons of secrets.

What is unique in this version is the ability to use your Katana when you run out of ammo, slicing and dicing your way through enemies.

Shadow Warrior will also include special skills, powerful abilities  and weapon customization, mixed with a complex storyline thats's divided into 17 chapters. The PlayStation 4 version of Shadow Warrior will take full advantage of the DualShock 4's touchpad functionality for quick combination moves all at the swipe of your finger.

Take a look at the latest trailer displayed in 1080p at 60fps and tell us what you think of Shadow Warrior coming soon on PS4.
