Sony has revealed detailed plans of Gaikai Onlive Streaming, launching next year in the US.
In an interview with Edge Online, Jim Ryan from Sony Computer Entertainment Europe has said, Gaikai Onlive will launch first from the US in North America in 2014 on the PS4, then it will appear on the PS Vita and PS3.

Jim Ryan went further explaining why Gaikai wasn't mentioned at this years Gamescom 2013. "Gamescom was mainly focused on the European market, so thats why it wasn't mentioned. The plan is to introduce Gaikai streaming in North America first. The service will enable PS3 content to be streamed initially to PS4,  followed by PS Vita and then PS3."

Jim Ryan then said, "Sony plans to start rolling out the Gaikai streaming service by 2014 in the US initially, due to the weak broadband speeds in Europe, though plans are very much on the way to enable the Gaikai service over there as well."

So there is still hope for Playstation 4 owners to get their hands on the the brand new GTA V on PS3, on their PS4 consoles as early as next year.
